How do I bulk-import people?

  1. Go to Contacts > People.

  2. Click the Import button in the top right.

  3. The file type must be Microsoft Excel.

  4. Choose the type of import you are doing i.e. adding new people or editing your current list.

  5. A help box will appear telling you how to structure your file correctly. Make sure you read and follow the steps exactly!

  6. When you've re-structured your file, click Choose file and select it from your computer. Click Open.

  7. Click Next.

  8. Choose which new people you'd like to import. We automatically omit any duplicates and anyone that has already been imported.

  9. Click Import people.
