Organisations are things like companies, clubs, associations, etc. 

People and organisations are treated differently as contacts in Airsquare. 

A person can be part of an organisation. An organisation can have many people which are part of it.

Each organisation can have its own contact details.

How do I find/view an organisation?

There's two ways to find an organisation:

  • Using the global search.
  • Using the organisation search.

To find an organisation using the global search:

  1. Click on the big search icon (top right).
  2. A search box will appear where you can search for the organisation.
  3. Once found, click on it to view it.

To find an organisation using the organisation search:

  1. Go to Contacts > Organisations.
  2. Use the search to find the organisation.
  3. Once found, click View.

How do I add an organisation?

  1. Go to Contacts > Organisations.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter a Title.
  4. Optionally enter their Phone number.
  5. Optionally enter their Email address.
  6. Optionally enter their Website.
  7. Optionally enter their Addresses.
  8. Optionally enter their social media accounts.
  9. Optionally enter a Summary.
  10. Optionally enter a Full description.
  11. If you've setup Custom fields, you can optionally enter these.
  12. Optionally choose a Logo.
  13. Optionally select any Categories you want this organisation to be part of.
  14. Optionally select any Tags you want this organisation to be part of.
  15. Choose which Pricing tier you want the organisation to have.
  16. Optionally select the Directory visibility settings.
  17. If you want it to show on your organisation directory change the Status to Published.
  18. Click Add.

How do I edit an organisation?

  1. Go to Contacts > Organisations.
  2. Find the organisation using the search.
  3. Next to the organisation, under More, click Edit.
  4. Change the details of the organisation.
  5. Click Update.

How do I delete an organisation?

  1. Go to Contacts > Organisations.
  2. Find the organisation using the search.
  3. Next to the organisation, under More, click Delete.
  4. Click Delete.
