A product is something that you are selling/displaying on your website and variants are combined options of a product.
For example, if the product was a T-shirt, then a medium red T-shirt is a variant and a large green T-shirt is another variant.
Our Mobile app supports viewing and managing products via the Products page, which allows you to filter, view and edit your products and variants quickly.
How do I find the Products page?
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.
Click Products from the menu, this will open the Products page.
What information is displayed on the Products page?
The Products page is divided into two sections.
At the top of the page is a Filter that displays the conditions used to filter the products that are displayed, such as the following:
Keywords
Website status
Tags
Badges
Type
Category
Below the Filter is a list of the products that meet the filtering conditions displaying the following information:
The product image (if provided).
The product title.
The product SKU (if provided).
The product website status.
The product stock quantity (if stock control is selected).
The Filter will only be displayed if there are one or more filtering conditions.
How do I change the filtering conditions for products?
Click the filter icon (magnifying glass) in the top right, this will open a filter dialog.
Select some filter conditions.
Click the confirmation icon (tick) in the top right, this will display a list of products that meet the filter conditions.
How do I view a product?
There are two ways to view a product.
Select a product.
Click a product from the list of products on the Products page, this will open the relevant Product page.
Scan a product.
Click the scan icon (barcode) in the top right, this will open a QR Code/Barcode scanner.
Scan a product QR Code/Barcode, this will open the relevant Product page.
A Product pages displays the following information:
Title
SKU
Barcode
Stock tracking status
Stock quantity
Low stock threshold
Variant website status
Product website status
Badge
Tax type
Product type
Prices (for all available currencies and pricing tiers).

How do I edit a product?
Open the relevant Product page.
Click the options icon (ellipsis) in the top right.
Click Edit, this will open an editing dialog.
Edit the products details.
Click the confirmation icon (tick) in the top right, this will update the product.
How do I delete a product?
Deleting products can be accomplished via the Airsquare admin area, see "How do I delete a product?".
How do I increase the stock of a product?
If a product has stock control enabled, then stock can be increased.
Open the relevant Product page.
Click the options icon (ellipsis) in the top right corner
Click Add stock, this will open a quantity selector.
Enter the quantity of stock you would like to add to the product.
Click OK, this will add the stock to the product.
How do I reduce the stock of a product?
If a product has stock control enabled, then stock can be reduced.
Open the relevant Product page.
Click the options icon (ellipsis) in the top right corner
Click Remove stock, this will open a quantity selector.
Enter the quantity of stock you would like to remove from the product.
Click OK, this will remove the stock from the product.
How do I find/view a products variants?
Open the relevant Product page.
Click the Variants field, this will open the Variants page.
What information is displayed on the Variants page?
The Variants page displays a list of the variants that belong to the product with the following information:
The variant title.
The variant SKU (if provided).
The variant website status.
The variant stock quantity (if stock control is selected).
