How does exporting products work?
Exporting products creates a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and populates it with product data before downloading it to your computer.
You can control which products will be exported by setting filters such as:
Recurring order frequency
Google product category
You can then control what data will be included for each exported product by selecting fields such as:
Sub product ID
Country of origin title
Low stock threshold
Notify if low stock
Notify if no stock
Allow order if no stock
Hide if no stock
Google product category ID
Xero inventory item code*
Xero sales account code*
Xero tracking category name*
Xero tracking category option name*
Missing price text
Vimeo video ID
YouTube video ID
* Only available if Xero is connected, see Connecting Xero

How do I export products?
Go to Commerce > Products > Products.
Click on the Export button in the top right.
Optionally, select a Category.
Optionally, select a Tag.
Optionally, select a Badge.
Optionally select a Size guide.
Optionally, select a Supplier.
Optionally, select a Type.
Optionally, select a Recurring order frequency.
Optionally, select a Website status.
Optionally, select a Filter.
Optionally, select a POS channel.
Optionally, select a Website channel.
Optionally, select a Google product category.
Optionally, tick/untick the Fields you would like to include.
Click the Export button.
