Email Settings

Edit the design elements of your emails

Written by Clare Wade

You can customise the design of your emails to keep them consistent with your brand. These settings allow you to add your logo, choose background and text colours, customise fonts, adjust styling such as button appearance and spacing, and configure your email footer.

Changes are generally shown in a live preview as you make them, making it easy to see how your emails will look before saving your changes. Once saved, these design settings will be applied consistently to emails created in the system.

How do I add or change the logo in the email header?

We highly recommend using a high-quality PNG version of your logo with a transparent background. Use the largest version available to ensure the logo remains clear when displayed. Your graphic designer should be able to provide this.

Quick tip: make sure there's no extra space around your logo; if so, crop it first before uploading it.

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.

  2. Click the Choose file button.

  3. Choose the logo from your computer and click the Open button.

  4. Click the Update button to save your changes.

How do I remove the logo?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.

  2. Tick the Remove logo checkbox.

  3. Click the Update button to save your changes.
