Edit some of the design elements of your emails

You can customise the various design features used throughout your emails (logo, colours, font sizes). This lets you easily keep your emails consistent with your brand.

How do I add/change the logo?

We highly recommend that you use a high quality PNG version of your logo, with a transparent background. The bigger, the better. Your graphic designer should be able to give this to you. Quick tip - make sure there's no extra space around your logo; if so, crop it first before uploading it.

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.

  2. Click the Choose file button.

  3. Choose the logo from your computer and click the Open button.

  4. Click the Update button to save.

How do I remove the logo?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.

  2. Tick the Remove logo checkbox.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the logo height?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.

  2. Enter a Logo height between 50 and 100 pixels.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit background colours?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Colours.

  2. Click the relevant background selector (background, header background, content background, footer background). Drag the dot on the coloured square to choose a shade, or drag within the rainbow column on the right to pick a hue. You can also enter the hex code of a specific colour in the text box, or select from your pre-set palette colours.

  3. Once you have selected a colour, click the Choose button and your colour selection will display in the preview to the right.

  4. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit heading colours?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Colours.

  2. Click the relevant heading selector (heading 1, heading 2, heading 3, heading 4). Drag the dot on the coloured square to choose a shade, or drag within the rainbow column on the right to pick a hue. You can also enter the hex code of a specific colour in the text box, or select from your pre-set palette colours.

  3. Once you have selected a colour, click the Choose button and your colour selection will display in the preview to the right.

  4. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit text colours?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Colours.

  2. Click the relevant text selector (paragraph, footer text). Drag the dot on the coloured square to choose a shade, or drag within the rainbow column on the right to pick a hue. You can also enter the hex code of a specific colour in the text box, or select from your pre-set palette colours.

  3. Once you have selected a colour, click the Choose button and your colour selection will display in the preview to the right.

  4. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit button colours?

How do I edit the horizontal line colour?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Colours.

  2. Click the Horizontal line selector. Drag the dot on the coloured square to choose a shade, or drag within the rainbow column on the right to pick a hue. You can also enter the hex code of a specific colour in the text box, or select from your pre-set palette colours.

  3. Once you have selected a colour, click the Choose button and your colour selection will display in the preview to the right.

  4. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the paragraph font size?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.

  2. Enter a Paragraph font size between 14 and 18 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the heading 1 font size?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.

  2. Enter a Heading 1 font size between 22 and 32 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the heading 2 font size?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.

  2. Enter a Heading 2 font size between 18 and 26 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the heading 3 font size?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.

  2. Enter a Heading 3 font size between 14 and 20 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the heading 4 font size?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.

  2. Enter a Heading 4 font size between 12 and 18 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

How do I edit the button font size?

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.

  2. Enter a Button font size between 18 and 26 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.

  3. Click the Update button to save.

If you want to send email campaigns, you must provide a link to your privacy policy. For more details see Email campaigns. To add a Privacy Policy link that is displayed in the footer of your email campaigns:

  1. Go to Emails > Settings > Footer.

  2. Enter a Privacy Policy URL, usually a page name like this: /privacy-policy. (If you don't have a Privacy Policy page yet, create one under Website > Pages.)

  3. Click the Update button to save.
