You can customise the various design features used throughout your emails (logo, colours, font sizes). This lets you easily keep your emails consistent with your brand.
How do I add/change the logo?
We highly recommend that you use a high quality PNG version of your logo, with a transparent background. The bigger, the better. Your graphic designer should be able to give this to you. Quick tip - make sure there's no extra space around your logo; if so, crop it first before uploading it.
Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.
Click the Choose file button.
Choose the logo from your computer and click the Open button.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I remove the logo?
Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.
Tick the Remove logo checkbox.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I edit the logo height?
Go to Emails > Settings > Logo.
Enter a Logo height between 50 and 100 pixels.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I edit background colours?
Go to Emails > Settings > Colours.
Click the relevant background selector (background, header background, content background, footer background). Drag the dot on the coloured square to choose a shade, or drag within the rainbow column on the right to pick a hue. You can also enter the hex code of a specific colour in the text box, or select from your pre-set palette colours.
Once you have selected a colour, click the Choose button and your colour selection will display in the preview to the right.
Click the Update button to save.

Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.
Enter a Heading 1 font size between 22 and 32 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I edit the heading 2 font size?
Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.
Enter a Heading 2 font size between 18 and 26 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I edit the heading 3 font size?
Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.
Enter a Heading 3 font size between 14 and 20 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I edit the heading 4 font size?
Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.
Enter a Heading 4 font size between 12 and 18 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.
Click the Update button to save.
How do I edit the button font size?
Go to Emails > Settings > Fonts.
Enter a Button font size between 18 and 26 pixels, your font size will display in the preview to the right.
Click the Update button to save.
Where do I add the link to the Privacy Policy for Email campaigns?
If you want to send email campaigns, you must provide a link to your privacy policy. For more details see Email campaigns. To add a Privacy Policy link that is displayed in the footer of your email campaigns:
Go to Emails > Settings > Footer.
Enter a Privacy Policy URL, usually a page name like this: /privacy-policy. (If you don't have a Privacy Policy page yet, create one under Website > Pages.)
Click the Update button to save.
