Users are people who can log in to your Airsquare account.
How do I add a new user?
- Go to Account > Users & roles > Users.
- Click Add.
- Fill in the details for the new user and select which roles will be assigned to them. Roles determine what permissions they have.
- Click Add.
They will automatically be sent an email with details on how to choose their password.
Can I see a user's password?
No, we prevent you from seeing a user's password, so that it's only known to them.
Can I manually set a password for a user?
To ensure the password is only known to the user, we don't allow you to set a password for them.
Instead they must reset their password themselves.
How do I send a password reset email to user?
- Go to Account > Users & roles > Users.
- Next to the user, under More, click Send password reset email.
The user will be emailed a password reset email where they can click a button to follow the reset password process.
Can I limit a user's access to certain parts of Airsquare?
Yes. A user's access to Airsquare is determined by their roles.
How do I edit a user?
- Go to Account > Users & roles > Users.
- Next to the user, click Edit.
- Edit the details for the user.
- Click Update to save.
How do I disable a user?
If you want to disable a user and prevent them from logging into Airsquare:
- Go to Account > Users & roles > Users.
- Next to the user, under More, click Disable.
How do I activate a user?
- Go to Account > Users & roles > Users.
- Next to the user, under More, click Activate.
How do I delete a user?
- Go to Account > Users & roles > Users.
- Next to the user, under More, click Delete.
- Click Delete.
