What are name badge templates?
Name badge templates provide you with a way to define the content and the layout of name badges. These templates can then be used when downloading (and printing) the name badges for event or session tickets to give them the same layout and content.
How do I add a name badge template?
In the admin area
When adding a name badge template, use the Badge preview to see an example of how the name badges printed with the template will look.
Go to Commerce > Events > Name badge templates.
Click Add in the top right.
Enter a Name for the template.
Select a Type, this will define the paper size for printing
Select whether to Show logo.
Select whether to Show persons name.
Select whether to Show organisation title.
Select a Logo position.*
Select a Person name format.**
Click the Add button.
* only available if you selected Show logo.
** only available if you selected Show person name.
How do I edit a name badge template?
In the admin area
When editing a name badge template, use the Badge preview to see an example of how the name badge printed with the template will look.
Go to Commerce > Events > Name badge templates.
Select Name badge templates from the menu on the left.
Find the template you are looking for and click the Edit button in the Options column.
Update the name badge template's details.
Click the Update button.
How do I delete a name badge template?
In the admin area
Go to Commerce > Events > Name badge templates.
Find the template you are looking for and click the Delete button in the Options column.
Click the Delete button to confirm.

Zebra 1001039 - 25 x 51 mm
