How to export a spreedsheet of shipping rate data

How does exporting shipping rates work?

Exporting shipping rates creates a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and populates it with shipping rate data before downloading it to your computer.

You can control which shipping rates will be exported by setting filters such as:

  • Country

  • Currency

  • Pricing tier

  • Website status

You can then control what data will be included for each exported shipping rate by selecting fields such as:

  • Shipping rate ID

  • Title

  • Country title

  • Country region title

  • Supported postal codes

  • Unsupported postal codes

  • Currency code

  • Pricing tier name

  • Website status

  • Price

  • Minimum order price

  • Maximum order price

  • Minimum order weight

  • Maximum order weight

  • Minimum order volume

  • Maximum order volume

  • Minimum delivery distance

  • Maximum delivery distance

  • Minimum delivery duration

  • Maximum delivery duration

  • Xero inventory item code

  • Xero sales account code

  • Xero tracking category name

  • Xero tracking category option name

How do I export shipping rates?

  1. Go to Commerce > Settings > Shipping rates.

  2. Click on the Export button in the top right.

  3. Optionally, select a Country.

  4. Optionally, select a Currency.

  5. Optionally select a Pricing tier.

  6. Optionally, select a Website status.

  7. Optionally, tick/untick the Fields you would like to include.

  8. Click the Export button.
