There are two different images that can be added to your organisation categories.
Image - This is the image that is used in category listings. An image helps to engage a customers interest and provide a visual representation of the category. You can only add one image.
Hero image - this is a full width image displayed at the top of a category page. Hero images catch a customers attention and help draw them in. You can only add one hero image.
When images are added, Airsquare automatically creates a range of different sizes for optimal site performance. Try to use good quality images as these will look more professional and attractive on your site. Airsquare supports .JPG, .PNG and .GIF image formats.
How do I add an image to a category?
Go to Contacts > Organisations > Categories.
Find the category that you are looking for and click on it.
Click the Media tab under the category title.
Click the Add button to the right of the Image heading.
Click the Choose File button to open a File Explorer window and select an image.
Click the Add button.
How do I delete an image?
Go to Contacts > Organisations > Categories.
Find the category that you are looking for and click on it.
Click the Media tab under the category title.
Click the Delete button in the Options column in the image list.
Click the Delete button.
How do I add a hero image to a category?
Go to Contacts > Organisations > Categories.
Find the category that you are looking for and click on it.
Click the Media tab under the article title.
Click the Add button to the right of the Hero image heading.
Click the Choose File button to open a File Explorer window and select an image.
Click one of the tiles under Focal point to set the focal point.
Enter an Overlay opacity.
Click the Add button.
How do I edit a hero image?
Go to Contacts > Organisations > Categories.
Find the category that you are looking for and click on it.
Click the Media tab under the category title.
Click the Edit button in the Options column in the hero image list.
Edit the hero image's details.
Click the Update button.
