What are blog settings?
Blog settings are configuration options that are applied to all the blog articles and blog categories across your website. These options allow you to customise how your blog articles and blog categories are displayed and what information they include from the one place.
Blog settings are currently only available in the admin area.
How do I limit the number of blog article listings?
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Enter a Number of articles when unfiltered.
Click the Update button.
How do I hide/show blog article authors?
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Show author in the general Options.
Click the Update button.
How do I hide/show blog article publish dates?
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Show date in the general Options.
Click the Update button.
How do I edit the appearance of blog article listings?
Blog article listings can either be displayed in individual rows or in a grid.
To display article listings in individual rows:
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Select the List option from the listing arrangement Layout drop-down menu.
Select a listing arrangement Horizontal layout.
Click the Update button.
To display article listings in a grid:
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Select the Grid option from the listing arrangement Layout drop-down menu.
Select a listing arrangement Orientation.
Select a listing arrangement Horizontal layout*.
Enter a listing arrangement Maximum per row.
Enter a listing arrangement Minimum width.
Click the Update button.
* Only available if the listing arrangement Orientation is set to Horizontal.
How do I edit the appearance of blog article listing images?
We automatically create a range of listing images for your blog articles. Try a few different options and see which aspect ratio is best suited for your blog articles and whether you need a minimum or maximum width.
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Select a listing image Aspect ratio.
Optionally, enter a listing image Minimum width.
Optionally, enter a listing image Maximum width.
Click the Update button.
Review your blog article listings and see how they look.
How do I edit the behaviour of blog article listing animations?
Article listing animations play when a customer scrolls past the listing.
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Optionally, select a listing animation Type.
Enter a listing animation Duration.
Tick/un-tick Only play the animation once in the listing animation Options.
Click the Update button.

How do I edit the position of blog category listing titles?
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Select a category listing Title position.
Click the Update button.
How do I edit the minimum height of blog article and blog category hero rows?
Setting a minimum height will ensure that hero rows will never be displayed smaller than the specified height. By default the minimum height will be set to 300px.
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Enter a hero row Minimum height.
Click the Update button.
How do I edit the maximum height of blog article and blog category hero rows?
Setting a maximum height will ensure that hero rows will never be displayed larger than the specified height. By default the minimum height will be set to 500px.
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Enter a hero row Maximum height.
Click the Update button.
How do I display titles over hero images?
Go to Website > Blog > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Overlay title on hero image in the hero rows Options.
Click the Update button.
If Overlay title on hero image is un-ticked then blog article and blog category titles will be displayed under the hero image.
