Once an order has successfully been completed, the POS will open The Confirmation page that provides you with several useful features for handling receipts and tickets.

Click Start new order in the top right corner, this will open the Sell page with an empty cart ready for you to start your next order.
How do I email a receipt?
The POS supports emailing order receipts:
Enter the customers email address into the field above the EMAIL RECEIPT button.
Click the EMAIL RECEIPT button, this will send the email and display a confirmation message.
If the order has a customer assigned to it, then the customers email address will be used to pre-fill the email address field above the EMAIL RECEIPT button.
How do I print a receipt?
Click Print receipt in the top left corner to print a receipt.
If the POS is running on a device and connected to a receipt printer, the receipt will be printed automatically.
If the POS is running through a browser then a printer dialog will be opened allowing you to select the printer and adjust the formatting before printing the receipt.
How do I print tickets?
If an order contains tickets, click Print tickets in the top left corner next to Print receipt to print the tickets.
If the POS is running on a device and connected to a receipt printer, the tickets will be printed automatically.
If the POS is running through a browser then a printer dialog will be opened allowing you to select the printer and adjust the formatting before printing the tickets.
What happens if the POS is offline when an order is processed?
If an order is processed while the POS is offline then the order will be stored as a pending order and the POS will open the order pending page instead of the order confirmation page.
The order pending page also supports emailing receipts and clicking Start new order in the top right corner will open the sell page with an empty cart ready for you to start your next order.
Any stored pending orders are then processed automatically once the POS is back online.
