Information about payments that have been processed in the form of a 'Sales by payment method report' as well as any pending orders that have been stored due a loss of internet connection at the Checkout page can be accessed via the Reports page.

How do I find the Reports page?

  1. Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner.

  2. Click Reports from the menu, this will open the Reports page.

How do I view the sales by payment method report?

Click Sales by payment method to open a report dialog box which displays a variety of real time information, such as:

  • The start date and time of the report’s timeframe.

  • The end date and time of the report’s timeframe.

  • The currency for this report.

  • Cash payments made within the report timeframe are calculated into a total and displayed as Total cash.

  • Card payments made within the report timeframe are calculated into a total and displayed as Total external card.

  • Gift voucher payments made within the report timeframe are calculated into a total and displayed as Total gift voucher.

This is particularly useful for viewing totals for the different payment methods.

Totals are not displayed for on account orders made during the report timeframe as these are considered to be pending payments.

How do I change the timeframe or the currency of the sales by payment method report?

  1. Click the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top left corner.

  2. To adjust the starting time and date for the report, click From.

  3. To adjust the ending time and date for the report, click To.

  4. To adjust the currency for the report, click Currency.

  5. Click the confirmation icon (tick) in the top right.

The report information will now be recalculated to match the new search criteria.

How do I view pending orders?

If pending orders exist, Pending orders will be visible and can be clicked to open the pending orders dialog box.

A Total will be displayed indicating the number of stored pending orders, because the Pending orders are stored as raw data, intended to be processed into orders when an internet connection is reestablished, they can not be viewed directly.

Can I access the Pending orders data?

If needed the raw Pending orders data can be copied to a clipboard and then pasted into a document. This provides an option for sharing your pending orders with Airsquare if needed.
