How do I print a receipt?
In the POS app
When you get to the order confirmation page on the POS, there's a button to print a receipt.
If you need to print a receipt for a previous order:
In the menu, click Orders.
Find the order, click on it to view it
Click the three dots icon top right and choose Print receipt
In the admin area
You can print a receipt via the admin area for orders already processed:
Go to Commerce > Orders.
Find the order and click View.
Click Download > Receipt. This will download the receipt as a PDF where you can then open and print.
How do I change the contact details on the receipt?
In the admin area
Go to Account > Settings > Contact details.
Change the necessary details.
Click Update.
How do I put my logo on the top of the receipt?
In the admin area
Go to Commerce > Settings > Logos.
Select your Print logo.
Click Update.
How do I hide the SKU next to items on the receipts?
In the admin area
Go to Commerce > Settings > Orders.
Untick 'Display the SKUs of products and sub products on your print receipts'
Click Update.
How do I add a custom message my receipts?
In the admin area
Go to Commerce > Settings > Orders.
Enter a Receipt message.
Click Update.
It will be displayed just above your contact details at the end of the receipt.
How do I add my tax number to my receipts?
In the admin area
Go to Commerce > Settings > Tax.
Enter your Tax number.
You may also want to choose your Local tax name (e.g. VAT, GST, etc)
Click Update.
What is the QR code on the receipt for?
You can use the Airsquare mobile app (Android, iOS) to scan the QR code to find it quickly and action things for the order.
