What are event settings?
Event settings are configuration options that are applied to all the events and event categories across your website. These options allow you to customise how your events and event categories are displayed and what information they include from the one place.
Event settings are currently only available in the admin area.
How do I set the waitlist to collect organisation titles?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Waitlist collects organisation title.
Click the Update button.
How do I edit the appearance of event listings?
Event listings can either be displayed in individual rows or in a grid.
To display event listings in individual rows:
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Select the List option from the listing arrangement Layout drop-down menu.
Select a listing arrangement Horizontal layout.
Select a Session layout.
Click the Update button.
To display event listings in a grid:
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Select the Grid option from the listing arrangement Layout drop-down menu.
Select a listing arrangement Orientation.
Select a listing arrangement Horizontal layout*.
Enter a listing arrangement Maximum per row.
Enter a listing arrangement Minimum width.
Select a Session layout.
Click the Update button.
* Only available if the listing arrangement Orientation is set to Horizontal.
How do I hide/show event listing timezones?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Show timezone in the listing arrangement Options.
Click the Update button.
How do I hide/show event listing low tickets left?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Show low tickets left in the listing arrangement Options.
Click the Update button.
How do I hide/show event listing summaries?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Show summary in the listing arrangement Options.
Click the Update button.

Select a listing image Aspect ratio.
Optionally, enter a listing image Minimum width.

Click the Update button.
Review your event listings and see how they look.

Event listing animations play when a customer scrolls past the event listings.
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Optionally, select a listing animation Type.
Enter a listing animation Duration.
Tick/un-tick Only play the animation once in the listing animation Options.
Click the Update button.

How do I edit the minimum height of event and event category hero rows?
Setting a minimum height will ensure that hero rows will never be displayed smaller than the specified height. By default the minimum height will be set to 300px.
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Enter a hero row Minimum height.
Click the Update button.
How do I edit the maximum height of event and event category hero rows?
Setting a maximum height will ensure that hero rows will never be displayed larger than the specified height. By default the minimum height will be set to 500px.
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Enter a hero row Maximum height.
Click the Update button.
How do I display titles over hero images?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Overlay title on hero image in the hero row Options.
Click the Update button.
If Overlay title on hero image is un-ticked then event and event category titles will be displayed under the hero image.
How do I change the word 'Tickets' to something else?
There are currently two options: 'Tickets' or 'Entries'. If you would like us to add another option, please contact the Airsquare help desk and let us know.
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Select a ticket naming mode.
Click the Update button.
How do I add printing instructions to a ticket?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Optionally, enter ticket Printing instructions.
Click the Update button.
How do I hide/show tickets in the 'order received' email?
Go to Commerce > Events > Settings.
Tick/un-tick Show tickets in order received email in the ticket Options.
Click the Update button.
