What are tickets?

Tickets are generated when someone registers to attend your event. When they register and purchase a ticket, they will automatically be sent the ticket via email (if you have selected this option when creating the event).

How do I edit a ticket?

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Search for the event and click on it.
  3. You'll see the event tickets displayed under Tickets.
  4. Find the ticket that you want to edit (You can use the search box to search by name).
  5. Click on More in the Options column and select Edit from the drop-down menu.
  6. Edit the ticket.
  7. Click Update to save.

How do I search for a ticket?

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Click on the event.
  3. You will see all tickets for the event listed under the heading Tickets.
  4. Use the Search box in the top left to search for an attendee by name.
  5. When you have found the ticket, use the options in the right hand column to edit the ticket, download the ticket, view the ticket order details or to re-send the order confirmation to the ticket holder, etc.

How do I add a ticket manually?

If you accept phone or email bookings, you'll need to manually add a ticket yourself. In order to add a ticket manually, the attendee has to have been added as a Contact in the system.

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Click Search.
  3. Click on the event to edit it.
  4. Select the +Add button in the top right, alongside the Ticket Heading.
  5. Select the attendee from the drop-down list
  6. Select the Ticket type and Status
  7. Click Add.
  8. The ticket will then appear in the ticket list.

How do I download a ticket?

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Click on the event to edit it.
  3. You'll see the tickets listed under the heading Tickets.
  4. Find the ticket you want to download (Use the search box to search for the attendee by name).
  5. Hover over More in the right hand Options column.
  6. Select Download from the drop-down menu.
  7. The ticket will be downloaded to your computer as a PDF.

How do I view a ticket order?

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Search for the event you're looking for and click to edit it.
  3. You'll see any tickets listed under Tickets.
  4. Use the Search box in the top left to search for an attendee by name.
  5. When you've found the ticket, hover over More in the right-hand Options column and select View order from the drop-down menu.
  6. You'll see the order details on screen and you have various options available, as you can see from the buttons in the top right and at the bottom of the screen: You can re-send the conformation email, edit the order, refund the order, delete the order (buttons on the bottom of the screen) OR Print the receipt, download the packing slip, archive or add a note to the order (Buttons on the top right).

How do I export the list of tickets for an event?

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Search for the event you're looking for and click to edit it.
  3. Click the Export button in the top right.
  4. Select the export format (Microsoft Excel).
  5. Click Export.

How do I download a door list?

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Find the event in the events table and click on the event to edit.
  3. You'll see any tickets listed under Tickets.
  4. Click the Door list button in the top right.
  5. The door list will be downloaded as a PDF doc.

How can I check people in to an event?

There are several options to check people into an event:

You can download the door list and manually check people in

  1. Go to Website > Events.
  2. Click on the event or the event session, if the event has sessions.
  3. Click on the Door list button in the top right.
  4. This will give you a list of ticket holders to check in at the event.
