Why archive orders?
We highly recommend you archive orders once you've dealt with them. It removes the clutter from your orders list, makes it load faster and allows you to focus on orders that need attention.
Once archived, are they gone?!
No, they are still there, just hidden.
How do I find archived orders?
When searching for orders, you can change the archived filter. Ensure you've included archived orders in your search.
Can orders auto archive themselves?
Yes! If an order is paid and fulfilled it can auto archive itself.
In the admin area, under Commerce > Orders > Settings, make sure you've ticket Automatically archive order if paid and fulfilled
How do I archive an order?
Once you've fulfilled an order, you probably don't want to see it again, so you can archive it to hide it from the default order list.
In the admin area
To archive an order from the order list:
Go to Commerce > Orders.
Find the order, click Archive.
To archive an order from the order view:
Go to Commerce > Orders.
Find the order, click View.
Click Archive
In the mobile app
In the menu, click Orders.
Find the order
Click the options icon (ellipsis) in the top right.
Click Archive, this will archive the order.
How do I bulk archive orders?
In the admin area
Go to Commerce > Orders.
Next to the orders that you want to archive, tick the check box.
Go to the dropdown menu under the table and select Archive.
Then click Go.
How do I unarchive an order?
In the admin area
To unarchive an order from the order list:
Go to Commerce > Orders.
Find the order, click Unarchive.
To unarchive an order from the order view:
Go to Commerce > Orders.
Find the order, click View.
Click Unarchive
In the mobile app
In the menu, click Orders.
Find the order
Click the options icon (ellipsis) in the top right.
Click Unarchive, this will unarchive the order.
