How do I add an image slideshow to my website?
Go to Website > Widgets.
Click on Add in the top right.
Click on Image Slideshow.
Enter a Title.
Enter Dimensions.
Select a Transition effect.
Select a Transition interval.
Select a Transition speed.
Check Show pager and Show next/previous arrows if required.
Select a Pager style.
Click Add, note that images need to be added to an Image slideshow for it to be displayed.
How do I add images to an image slideshow?
Go to Website > Widgets.
Click on the relevant Image slideshow widget.
Click on Add beside the images section heading.
Click Choose files and select the images from your computer.
Click Start upload.
You can now add this widget to your website.
How do I edit the images in an image slideshow?
Go to Website > Widgets.
Click on the relevant image slideshow widget
Click on Edit in the Options column next to the image. to edit the image caption or click Delete in the Options to delete the image.
Click Add in the top right, to add different images to the widget.
How do I re-order the images in an image slideshow?
Go to Website > Widgets
Click on the relevant image slideshow widget
To re-order the images, just click and drag the images up or down the list.
What size should my slideshow images be?
The images that you put in the slideshow should have the same dimensions as the slideshow widget that you are putting them into. So ideally, if you are placing the slideshow widget in a container that is 1170 pixels wide, you will make the slideshow widget dimensions 1170 pixels wide.
Then, before you upload any images to the slideshow widget, you should make sure that all the images are 1170 pixels wide and also the same height as the widget too.
If the images are small to start with, then increasing the dimensions of the widget will not change the dimensions of the images - We can't make the images bigger (only smaller). Image slideshows look best when all the images are the same size!
