Can I change the order items?

No. Once an order is processed, items can't be changed.

How do I edit orders when products are exchanged?

What can be changed once an order is awaiting fulfillment?

You can change:

  • Customer (person and organisation)

  • Affiliate

  • Special instructions

  • Note for customer (both against the order and individual items)

  • Internal note (both against the order and individual items)

  • Shipping address

How do I edit an order?

In the admin area

  1. Go to Commerce > Orders.

  2. Next to the order, click View.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Make your changes.

  5. Click Update.
