Can I change the order items?

No. Once an order is no longer "incomplete", items can't be changed.

How do I assign a person to an order?

  1. Go to Commerce > Orders.

  2. Next to the order, click View.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the Person.

  5. Click Update.

How do I assign an organisation to an order?

  1. Go to Commerce > Orders.

  2. Next to the order, click View.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the Organisation.

  5. Click Update.

How do I edit the shipping address?

  1. Go to Commerce > Orders.

  2. Next to the order, click View.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the Shipping address.

  5. Click Update.

Important: Changing the shipping address won't change the shipping rate already applied to an order.

How do I add/edit courier tracking information for an order?

Typically this is done when you ship and fulfill an order

But if you need to add or edit it separately:

  1. Go to Commerce > Orders.

  2. Find the order, click View.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Choose the Courier.

  5. Enter the Courier tracking number.

  6. Click Update.

How do I edit the special instructions?

  1. Go to Commerce > Orders.

  2. Next to the order, click View.

  3. Click Edit.

  4. Change the Special instructions.

  5. Click Update.
