What payment methods do you accept?

We only accept credit cards.

In exceptional circumstances where a credit card can't be used (e.g. a not-for-profit which requires two signatories) we can arrange an alternative payment method.

My credit card failed, how do I resolve?

If your credit card is still active, you can try to re-charge the card:

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Click Charge credit card.

  3. Click Charge.

If your credit card has expired, you can add your new card, see below.

How do I change the credit card used for billing?

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Click Change credit card.

  3. Enter your new credit card details.

  4. Agree to the Billing terms.

  5. Click Update.

Do you ever see my credit card number?

No. We use a PCI-DSS compliant third party ( They encrypt and store your credit card details.

What appears on my credit card statement?

Any charges from us will be prepended with AIRSQUARE

How do you invoice?

Each month, you will receive an invoice from Airsquare by email for all the services you're using for the month ahead.

If you've accumulated any transaction fees during that month, a separate invoice will be created, and sent at the end of the month.

What are your payment terms?

We expect full payment of each invoice within 7 days.

Can you post me an invoice?

Sorry, no. We only email invoices.

How do I change where our invoices get sent to?

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Click Edit billing details.

  3. Change the Billing contact.

  4. Click Update.

How do I change who our invoices are made out to?

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Click Edit billing details.

  3. Change the Billing address.

  4. Click Update.

I'm missing an invoice, how do I get a new copy?

You can see your entire billing history with Airsquare by going to Account > Billing. Against each invoice you'll see a Download link, just download any invoices you're missing.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes, just change your plan. You can only upgrade or downgrade once in any one billing cycle.

How do I change my plan?

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Click Change subscription plan.

  3. You can then choose a different Subscription plan.

  4. Click Update.

The fee change will apply to your next billing cycle. If the plan you've changed to incurs transaction fees, these will start being applied immediately.
