Using Claude with Airsquare

How to connect Claude to Airsquare and use it to manage your Airsquare account.

What is Claude?

Claude is an AI assistant developed by Anthropic that can help you with a wide range of everyday tasks using natural language.

Claude can also connect to other applications and services, allowing you to access information and perform supported tasks directly from your conversations.

How does Claude work with Airsquare?

Claude connects to Airsquare using the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This allows Claude to access supported features in your Airsquare site and perform tasks on your behalf.

For example, you can ask Claude to create and edit an email campaign and preview how it will look before sending it, or help you manage an event.

How do I connect Claude to Airsquare?

  1. Go to Claude and log in to your Claude account.

  2. Go to Customize > Connectors.

  3. Click the Add button and select Add custom connector.

  4. Enter Airsquare as the Name.

  5. Enter https://mcp.airsquare.com/mcp as the MCP server URL.

  6. Click the Continue button.

  7. Tick Sign in now.

  8. Tick Use Claude’s published identity.

  9. Click the Add button to create the connector.

  10. Click the Connect button to connect your Airsquare site.

  11. Enter your Site Name.

  12. Click the Next button.

  13. Enter your Username and Password.

  14. Click the Login button.

  15. Return to Claude and go to Customize > Connectors > Yours > Airsquare.

  16. Airsquare will now be connected and you will see a list of Tool permissions.

What can Claude do with Airsquare?

Once connected, you can ask Claude to perform a range of tasks using your Airsquare site. The features currently available are focused on email campaigns and events.

Email campaigns

Claude can help you create and manage email campaigns, including editing content and design, managing recipients, previewing campaigns and sending or scheduling them.

Events

Claude can view and help manage your events, including sessions, tickets, attendance and waitlists.

We’re continuing to expand what Claude can do with Airsquare, so more features will become available over time.

How do I disconnect Claude from Airsquare?

  1. Go to Claude and log in to your Claude account.

  2. Go to Customize > Connectors > Yours > Airsquare.

  3. Click the Disconnect button.
