Our POS app is how you can sell in-store or on-the-go.

You can sell your products, event tickets and gift vouchers through the POS.

What platforms will the POS work on?

Our POS works on:

  • Any web browser (ideal for laptop/desktop)

  • iOS tablets

  • Android tablets

Our POS app has been designed for tablet, laptop and desktop screen sizes.

How do I use the POS on the web browser?

  1. Go to pos.airsquare.com.

  2. Login with your Airsquare account.

  3. Start selling!

We encourage you to use Chrome if possible.

If you're using Safari, you will need to ensure it's the latest version available.

How do I use the POS on Android tablets?

  1. Go to the Google Play Store on the device, search for 'Airsquare POS' and install.

  2. Once installed, open the app.

  3. Login with your Airsquare account.

  4. Start selling!

How do I use the POS on iPads?

  1. First, please ensure you're running the latest version of iOS. We only support iOS 14.3 and above. Apple are quite ruthless in not allowing older iPads to be upgraded, so please check this first.

  2. Go to the Apple App Store on the device, search for 'Airsquare POS' and install.

  3. Once installed, open the app.

  4. Login with your Airsquare account.

  5. Start selling!

How do I sell something?

Once you are logged into the POS, selling is simple.

  1. Add items to the cart.

  2. Proceed to the checkout.

  3. Accept payments.

  4. Done!
